Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using conduk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
conduk provides an AI executive team platform that includes AI-powered agents, CRM tools, project management, and related business operations features.
Subscription and Payment
Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful content.
Connected Advertising Accounts
Conduk lets you connect third-party advertising accounts (Google Ads and Meta) so your AI team can manage campaigns on your behalf. You are responsible for the advertising accounts you connect, the ad spend they incur, and compliance with each platform's advertising policies. You grant Conduk permission to act on those accounts only through your explicit OAuth authorization, and you may revoke that access at any time. Conduk's use of the Google Ads and Meta Marketing APIs is subject to Google's and Meta's respective terms and policies, and your use of those connections must comply with them.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by conduk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, conduk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
